The counter will tick every line on a packing slip that shows lines and no prices. The buyer will get a delivery code and the delivery person will type it at the door, where cash on delivery is recorded.

Atta will be sold by the 1 kg packet from a 25 kg bag, and the bag's count will fall with each sale.

It will show yesterday against your target, what is short or expiring, and the dues to chase, so you start the day knowing what to reorder.
