Orders and Autopilot
See which orders need you, and choose how much Tejas does by itself.

Every order lands in one list. Orders will come from your website (coming soon), from WhatsApp (coming soon) and from the chatbot (coming soon).
Three modes #
You choose how much Tejas does for you.

| Manual | Nothing by itself. | You confirm every order and every change. |
| Assisted | Confirms ordinary orders by itself. This is where every shop starts. | You handle only what needs a person. |
| Autopilot | Does more by itself, but only inside the limits you set. | You handle exceptions. |
In every mode, Tejas checks price, stock and your rules with plain code. It does not guess.
The Orders page #
The list shows the orders that need you first. Open an order to see its items, the customer and what happened so far. Each order has one main button. It shows the next step: Confirm, Pack or Fulfil.
- Confirm accepts the order. Stock is held for it.
- Reject cancels it. Pick a reason. The customer is told.
- Pack and Fulfil move it along. A shop that does not pack skips the pack step.
- Mark paid records a payment you took yourself, such as cash at the counter.
- Refund gives money back. You pick the amount. It goes back the way the customer paid.
An order that changed after you looked tells you so, so you never act on an old version of it.
When a customer asks for a change #
A customer can ask to change or cancel an order. You see the request on the order. You accept it or refuse it.
Staff and limits #
Staff see the orders their role handles (coming soon). A role can have a limit, such as a refund of up to ₹500. See Staff and roles.
