Privacy and your data

Your data stays in India. Customers' numbers are hidden unless a role may see them.

Where your data lives #

All your data will stay in India (coming soon). It will live in Central India, with backups in South India.

Who sees your customers' details #

• Phone numbers are hidden from any role that may not see them.
• The Accountant role sees GST and payment reports with no customer phone numbers.
• Staff see only their own customers.

Your keys and papers #

• Payment keys are locked, and shown only by their last four characters.
• Your PAN and bank account are shown hidden, such as ABC••••34F.
• Card details never reach Tejas. Customers pay on the payment company's own page.

Your domain #

If you own a domain through Tejas (coming soon), you can download its transfer code at any time. A late Tejas bill never stops a domain from renewing.
